Because our products are used for personal care and hygiene, we have implemented a strict but fair policy to protect both our customers and our business.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
30-Day Results Requirement (If Applicable)
Our products are designed to deliver results with consistent daily use.
To submit any performance-related claim:
- The product must be used daily for at least 30 days
- You must provide clear proof of consistent usage (photos or videos)
Claims without sufficient proof will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Used products
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Products marked as Final Sale
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately:
Include:
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Your order details
If validated, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.
⚠️ Refunds are not issued for damaged or incorrect items — replacement only.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.
After this period, cancellations are no longer possible.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- A $8.95 reshipping fee will apply
- The fee must be paid before reshipment
Restocking Fee & Return Costs
- A $12 restocking fee applies to approved returns
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (non-refundable)
- Refunds are issued for the product cost only (excluding shipping and fees)
Shipping Disclaimer
Once your order has been handed to the carrier:
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damages in transit
- Customers must file claims directly with the carrier using tracking information
Chargebacks & Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us:
We are committed to resolving issues quickly.
In case of a dispute:
- We provide proof of delivery, usage guidelines, and agreement to these terms
- Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested to the fullest extent
Holiday Notice
During high-demand periods (holidays, major sales events):
- Processing and response times may be delayed
- Refunds may not be processed during these periods
